The 10 Commitments
A Spiritual Un.Learning: Ten Commitments to What Already Is
This book won’t ask you to align to your ‘higher self’.
It won’t ask you to work towards something better, or to change yourself to get what you want out of life.
It will tell you to look for the principles that already guide you. To figure out what it is that you are committed to and embrace it. To realise that your commitments are serving you perfectly right now. That they always have and always will.
Your principles are the rules and theories you live by.
They determine what you believe.
How you see the world.
The things you do.
Allow yourself to be guided in a process of self-awareness, self-acceptance, and self-determination of each of your commitments. Recognise the ideals that build the foundations of who you are. Find love and approval for them.
And for yourself as you are in the present.

What people are saying
“This is a heart-warming piece! I felt like I was receiving a hug as I read it, and I loved the poetry woven throughout.

I received so much on a personal level from reading your work; I love how your salient message is around respecting that one’s current story serves them and they don’t necessarily need to “change” unless they desire different experiences. I find this to be an uplifting and refreshing take on personal development. I also think the ten commitments you discuss are incredibly lovely and life-affirming.”
